When I was in highschool I had a friend that worked in a supermarket that Cappadonna used to go to. He said he was a real chill and funny dude and would chop it up with him like he was an uncle...I remember him saying Cappa told him he got got in Canada and saying something like "They don't play around up there", but said it in a way that he couldn't tell if he was just joking around or not.
