I just want new blood in the program and it bugs me that all the rumored names he's looking at are former assistants instead of new people. Especially when we are paying for a discount HC, use the rest of the money to go get the best of the best when it comes to position coaches, not former Kiffin staff members.
He's getting guys he feels comfortable with and have proven their worth.
Coach P wasn't a kiffin guy, Kiffin was forced into that hire. And he showed he was worth it throughout the season.
That post Kiffin staff never had time to really show what they could do because of how quick Sark was brought in. I think they'll do great with a full offseason/spring together.

We need someone who won't be afraid to be aggressive. We got the best athletes on the field, you can afford to take chances and mix it up.
our d coordinator needs to have ties down south we need those elite linemen....we have the o-line covered but that d-line needs work brehs lots of work, hoping we land Rashan Gary it's a long shot but we need those athletic d-linemen if we want to get back to where we were
Coach O plays in huge there, but there's some great linemen in california as well:
Turek, Mama, Killa Cam.
I want some psycho ass LBs like we had in Cushing & Maualuga
Apparently going away from Tempo going forward, want to be more of a power team like Stanford.
