They weren't though. If I'm not mistaken, Arrested Development came out before Kriss Kross. Ya'll in error with this "JD put Atlanta on the map jive". I would put good money on Southernplayalistic doing more in putting ATL on the map than anything JD was a part of prior.

stop it man, JD with So So Def and LaFace both built ATL in the early 90;s. but i didn't know shyt about ATL until JD was rolling around the Baby Baby Baby video, he def introduced folks to ATL and was pivotal in building their music scene
