You watch 5 minutes of any of his testimonies and its very clear that he is lying through his teeth, he couldn't keep his story straight to save his life and looked extremely nervous on the stand. Add on that he's probably going up against some of the best lawyers money could buy. Its fukked up too cause I actually think Rocky really shot that dude, or at the very least shot at him, but breh is so fried that he missed a wide open layup like that.
