Used to be a trio with two twin sisters and another member, they're now a duo with just the sisters. Paris Strother is a beast on production and arrangements. Jus listen to this beat and the way that shyt builds.

Ok, this makes sense because I'm like I feel like I know these chicks.

No clue, they just get plugged everywhere while VanJess is stuck in the streamlife. I’d much rather them be performing everywhere

why does it have to be one or the other? and wtf do chloe x halle have to do with vanjess' lack of exposure?

lol. how you gonna make them accountable for a problem that has nothing to do with them. :snoop:

who said it was CxH who is accountable? and wishing a doper artist/group got exposure doesn't mean other groups can't exist

It took them years to work up to the point where people are actually starting to pay attention to them. Before their last album they were stuck performing at basketball games and grammy pre-show tributes and that's with a beyonce co-sign.

breh, they were performing at more than that and that's without people listening to them. they're very much a gen z thing, but even gen z seemed to care about them more for their TV role than their music, yet they found themselves on the same stage that people who at least had some buzz worked to be on. i'm not hating, that's how it goes when you're connected, but their music is mid AF
I don't really like VanJess voices and CxH have a more variable sound.. versatile.
music is subjective and all, but i'll take people who make better music over the best pure voice.

I thought their last album was a solid effort.. they'll get better as time goes on. I simply can't get into VanJess and it doesn't help that I don't like their voices either. Just not my thing I guess. You're right, though.. it's all subjective. Hopefully they break through eventually because the potential is definitely there.
