Recast Ian as white and Becky as black :francis:

Not even on my coli agenda ting but that's so utterly lazy and typical.

Ian (and Wilson Wilson) is basically the heart of the show and the love interest of the two female leads and that's just too much to ask of an American production to have for a black man. Especially in a sci do series. :francis:

Wow, things must of took a turn for the worst. As far as up and coming young black british actors, i felt he had way more exposure than Kaluuya or Boyega coming up b/c of his 2011-2013 work. Even Letitia Wright, who Boyega said was his homie from back in their struggle acting days in Britain, inevitably crossed over with netflix Black Mirror and then Black Panther.

But this dude Nathan ghost. Makes me wonder if they weren't too impressed with his acting
He's on the stage right now. He got cast as Belize in Angels in America (alongside Andrew Garfield) for a British production a few years ago and it was very successful, so now it's running on Broadway. He's been doing that show for maybe 3-4 years now.

Haven't watched it in years but I'm pretty sure it was Wilson Wilson, Arby and Jessica. Ian was part of the main cast and had some nice scenes but I wouldn't say he was integral to the plot.

When I say "heart" I don't mean star or integral, I mean the character most relatable to the audience and the moral center. He's the one who feels most responsible for the others, is least interested or involved in the conspiracy and just wants to survive, is basically the team dad, and the main love interest.
