I like how everytime a film with a majority black cast is a success at the box office they want to break out the graphs, the numbers, stats, and talk about race and demographics. The shyt never fails to make me laugh.

Because it wasn't marketed to white women. Same way high end fashion isn't marketed to hood nikkas, but they'll gladly accept that money.So even marketing to a gender has to include race into it as well. What if a majority of white women watched it? No one would say 'marketed to white women'.
