Yeah it's true, but what good is that when you can't develop players?
There's no dedicated youth system in place like in Germany or basically any country other than the US. Most of these kids are getting developed from basically 5 years old until their ready for the 1st team.
Someone (preferably a foreign coach) needs to come in and be allowed to revamp the whole system. Until that happens it's still gonna be the same shyt.
