if we want economic equality we have to take it, it will not be given to us by this current class of ruling elites.

and we shouldnt resort to violence (yet) because we rant and rave about gats, naga they made them gats, they got some shyt that'll blow out our back, from where THEY stay at.

plus physical violence is really a final option. no one really wants to live that life of a physical confrontation with the govt.

we need to use the same economic principles and economic laws to get rich that the super elite do. we need to use the same economic principles that successful communities use.

the only difference between them and us is they know the rules of the game and they been playing a lot longer.

and eventually we'll have to confront the poor economic policies at the macro levels of govt, but we need to develop some kind of leverage first whether that be economic power or people power.
I am sure you know your history well. Almost nothing major goes through without violence, nothing on a revolutionary level that is for sure.

I am sitting here trying to think of one event and I am coming up blank at the moment.

Its a tough thing to think about, but violence might be the only real solution to this problem no matter how "immoral" the ones in power might tell you it is.

Wait
They surveyed only 5,000 Americans. There are millions of people in this country. Millions!

its called statistics...they tested a sample, and this is usually very accurate...Very even if you test 10,000 in the sample numbers will stay the same with statistical data

To tackle this problem, financial literacy > redistributing wealth by force or taxes. These fools are standing in line for hours to give the 1% all their money.

Yea...........

Not to mention... the mechanisms of wealth creation inherently work for the rich. If you make more money than you need, its easier to save + invest.

I dont know about a revolution, and I disagree with wild minimum wage spikes. That is just chasing our tail, that will only make shyt that much more expensive.

You want more wealth equality, fix the problem of the spiking costs of the 3Hs... housing, healthcare, higher education. All 3 are a big drag on the economy and a huge impediment to the growth of middle class wealth. Interestingly enough their spikes are largely due to misguided favoritist public policy. Higher education would be a lot cheaper if the govt didnt subsidize student loans. Housing would be a lot cheaper if the govt didnt own 99% of mortgages. Healthcare is complex but there are a lot of goofy costly regulations getting in the way.

I am not one of those right wing "PRIVATE SECTOR>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>" idiots... private sector lost its status of omniscience with me after the crash. They need to be corralled and regulated. The problem is the govt often makes things worse in its regulations by not seeing the negative effects of its favoritism. They need to fall back on their guarantees + subsidies, simplify the tax code and entice investment into sectors that will provide Americans w/sustainable long term employment.

I know exactly what statistics is all about.
Exactly how accurate is that group of 5000 people? Basically, they used another stat about economic demographics of the US to "create" their pool of 5000.
It's not very accurate at all. Very accurate would be to poll 311,000,000+ citizens. How would you do that? Look at income tax returns. Hmm, what about illegal immigrants who don't file tax returns? Hmm... how many illegal imigrants are there? No one really knows. What kind of income are they making? We have a ball park figure but its useless without an accurate population count. How are their numbers reflected in the pool of 5000 people? We don't know. They are ghosts. The chart is total garbage.

So you don't how surveys and statistics work...? :ld:
Uh, the greater the ratio between the actual population and survey population is how much less accurate the survey will be. I would not call their chart "very accurate". Just like average length cock stats. It's all flubbed.
