Well not all blacks in the usa are dirt poor. There are still middle class blacks and upwards. You think the government gonna give u reparations when u got 100k checking and 8.8 million in savings? Nah b. You gonna have to show that you were generationally poor and if they cant accept that then you can argue that you should pay less taxes or no taxes for a certain amount of years or be given free land etc.
Beyond slavery I think we're owed some dough related to how segregation was applied and it's continued effects up to this day.
