Half hour left. Movie is mid.

There are some creepy moments, but not enough to save the movie.

So much dialogue was

Dad was corny AF.

Voice change and weirdo sounds was stupid.

The part where they’re in the car with “I Got 5 on It” was cringe.

The attempted moments of humor were unnecessary. Took away from the tone of the film.

Only positive I can give was the score. It was really good and creepy.

Despite the mostly negative reviews, I was hoping for something decent since doppelgänger stuff is interesting, but nope.

Saw this again last night for AMC thrills and chills. Honestly it has aged well. It's a good movie. No some things dont make any sense, but that's a lot of horror, especially when you take on freaky doppelganger apocalypse material. But the tension, acting, and twist are brilliant. I dgaf what people say, I really like this movie.
