"vintage"....i'm not mad they brought it back, just the concept of it being white hipster wear tho doesn't fit right with me.
To be honest, it fits in lieu with the gentrified, culture vulturing atmosphere of this decade. It just irks the hell out of me.

I had Fubu everything up until that Fat Albert shyt. Somebody gave me a fubu shirt with Fat Albert on the front and I wore it maybe twice and got rid of it, I can't imagine wearing that shyt in 2017 definitely not with them prices, Urban Outfitters play too much.
Same.

Had Fubu
Mecca
Boss
JNCO
Polo
Nautica
Yaga
Stussy

Then switched it up come 1998 for Hook-Ups, eS, etnies, LRG, Birdhouse, Alien Workshop, DC Shoes, World Industries, and Droors gear.

I couldn't understand why anyone wanted a giant 70s stereotype on their shirt

fukk that, Fat Albert is awesome and one of my favorite TV shows of all time growing up.

I had the Fat Albert and Russell t-shirts made from the short lived NYC brand Scene Not Heard in 1996. That's why when I saw the Platinum Fubu Fat Albert joints I was overjoyed...untilI I saw them prices.
:wow:

The early 2000s gear, fat albert on oversized metallic denim:mjlol:

Vintage mid to late 80s is more in line with today I suppose.
