Unions are a double edged sword -- you have unions like the Teamsters which represents airlines, UPS, and other companies. Then you have unions like the UAW :scust:, which don't necessarily act in the workers best interests.

USPS stay hosting hiring fairs now. I remember all the hoops they made people jump through before even getting an interview. Taking assessment exams and filling out applications with clunky software. Let their existing employees pick up the slack and work 30 hours of OT every week
Bruh that shyt was TRASH because of that dumbass assessment test there are people I work with that I got nearly 10 years on but they got more seniority than me. :martin:

Now these motherfukkers get to be regulars in weeks. Took me 10 years to become a regular.

Post office is the only reason why UPS and FedEx keep their rates in check to a certain extent, and neither company wants any part of the regular mail delivery service
While running their employees into the ground
RCAs are getting shytted on by the new compensation process called RRECS
Losing thousand of dollars from their paychecks while destroying their bodies for Temu and Amazon
Supervisors that go above and beyond to get nikkas hemmed up and fired
The new City Carrier contract is looking just as shaky
Dejoy(the PMG appointed by Trump) has a 10 year plan that’s killing the PO
So while your comment maybe truth
The PO is cutting cost and fukking with peoples money
The RCAs are trying to decertify their union because of this trash ass compensation system
If the city carriers contract comes up shytty
Although PO employees can’t strike
You better hope to god them nikkas don’t do mass callouts
Most PO are already understaffed and burnout
If they keep fukking around
nikkas gon find out

This is why cooperate america hates Unions and have actively tried to minimize and destroy them for the past 50 years.

Unions give power to the workers

Bootlickers hate it and want to hate

TLR hates when blue collar workers make over $130k a year and live a great quality of life.

I can imagine the outrage now from UPS/Fedex if they end up doing more of the USPS workload especially after agreeing to terms :mjlol:

Customers losing their mind after paying $10+ to mail a letter with UPS/FedEx :damn::russ:

‘Difficult and disappointing year’: UPS to lay off 12,000 employees — just six months after workers won a ‘lucrative’ new labor deal.
