When you read a story or article, Do you want an AP style writing: really basic, no theme or do you want descriptive writing?

I'm not calling him a bad writer. His technical writing aspects are excellent. His profile pieces and actual objective news reporting is to be commended. Dude has 11 rings and the fans were chanting his name a couple nights ago. If anyone can ask for some shyt like that its him. Didn't Roger Clemens have a deal worked where he wouldnt' go on road trips or something along those lines a few years ago?

I was more so referencing how people at a certain level of accomplishment are afforded liberties that others are not...wasn't comparing impact on the team.
