Critical thinking is useless in the face of constant bombardment of information. Plenty of folks get pulled into things because you only have so much time in the day to "research" dozens of topics you see and hear about.

Without going too much into Brexit, it was a bad idea and the deal fukked over England. They can't even go through ports to deliver goods to Europe with a Ham sandwich made with British pork because England no longer falls under European protection etc etc etc. Thats how stupid it is.

I’ve been to the UK several times and had a ball each visit so I know a li title about the country, but thanks for the insight. The narrative I was fed was diff I thought Boris was all in from jump on Brexit and he kept threatening the No Deal option like he had some balls to do it but then lost power etc etc. obviously the story is different.

Pretty sure Boris was all in on Brexit from the jump. He was part of the early campaign about not sending 300m to the EU and giving it to the NHS instead which was all false. Cameron who was PM at the time was definitely against Brexit which is why he had to step down after the referendum.
