This is the only wrestling forum sympathetic to Sasha. Her black fanbase still rides with her. Imagine if they TRIED to market her to blacks? AEW can strike gold
That would require some forward thinking and out of the box (for WWE) planning.

Hell, even The New Day only are what they are due to Kofi, Woods, and E basically holding creative's hand on how to push them and coming up with a lot of their own shyt. Example: they'll say it's "WWE's gaming channel" now, but remember Woods had to practically beg to get UpUpDownDown and if you go back to the really early episodes, it's clear he was doing that shyt all on his own. This is despite gaming and game streaming being one of the biggest content avenues among young people.

WWE is so out of touch with the rest of the world. This past Wrestlemania, where the biggest moments were centered on women and a man of color, were the first times in a long time I felt they had any grasp on what modern audiences actually want.

This is exactly the revisionist history bullshyt I'm talking about.

Dolph literally had three of the biggest moments of the modern era (his MitB cash in, Survivor Series 2014, No Mercy 2016) and he was over AF every single time, and all three of those times, WWE fukked it up and squandered his momentum.

Sound familiar?

His cash in got a big pop and that was due to him. He got a hometown pop at no mercy but he was also facing a bigger star in the match from the same hometown. Survivor Series was due Sting, and how over the authority was. Not a testament to Dolph stardom.

But even then they went through it kicking and screaming. Kofi and Becky made for nice moments but now Becky is saddled with Lacey Evans, an Aldi's Charlotte basically and I am afraid to see what the plan is for Kofi.. it's like Vince throw everyone a bone but now it's gonna be six plus months of him getting his own shyt in :mjlol:

I do agree with @AquaCityBoy that Dolph had some big moments. It was a travesty how they played him after Survivor Series where Sting debuted. Also, Dolph's act with him and Big E and AJ Lee was pretty over.

More power to her. These so called fans want her to be complacent and just accept whatever wwe throws at her. Im convinced black women have it the hardest in the wrestling biz. They're constantly overlooked for blonde hair white women, and the disrespect from clowns online has no bounds

Why is it ok for luke harper, dana, becky, dolph, lana, rusev, and everyone else to publicly express their frustrations with the comp, but naomi and Sasha do it it's a problem? Why are they berated and labeled as ungrateful, selfish, and problematic? Meanwhile their white counterparts are seen as passionate and yearning for more. There's a pattern here.
Lana
Dana
Luke Harper were non factors. They were never going anywhere. Luke is old but talented .
I get what you mean but Becky is talented . The rest not so much. The rest are just complaining.

Shorty needs to go into Hollywood. Could easily be an actress.
For someone at Sasha's level, assuming she's interested in the movie business, the Batista blueprint could be the way to go. Basically, get on your grind actually learning the craft of acting, accept smaller roles to hone your skills until a real opportunity presents itself. If WWE is about to give her the Neville treatment and not let her out of her contract, then she's got a ton of time to actually get into classes and get some real coaching.

I say Batista because like him, she's not really at the level where she can just start getting handed roles like Rock and Cena did. Plus, like him, she could stand to learn more about the craft beyond just the wrestling level she's at. However, she's much younger than he was so she's got time. She can get roles in small productions here and there, and eventually, I'm sure someone will let her try out for a superhero role or something of the sort.

That's.....not the point. The point was Cena had an easier time going into Hollywood than Batista due to Cena being a bigger name. He had a lower barrier.

If Sasha were to go Hollywood, her journey is going to look ALOT more like Batista's than Cena's.

He’s saying Batista had to put a lot more work in to establish himself as an actor. Sasha would have to start in a bootleg ass Ja Rule film

Half Past Dead 3 starring Jaden Smith, Ja Rule and Sasha Banks
