If you're not understanding Sasha's frustration then you haven't been paying any fukking attention. Vince has consistently pushed blondes like Charlotte and Alexa Bliss while burying Sasha in the process. Sasha was the hottest and most over when the women's revolution first started, but her losing to Charlotte every fukking PPV killed her momentum. Then putting trash ass, no bump taking Alexa Bliss over her?? fukk Vince, period. He completely ruined her in favor of Charlotte. That's why I can't really respect Charlotte like that because she was just handed so many opportunities because how she looked. Sasha should be what Becky is now. Sasha has better mic skills and a better move set than both Becky and Charlotte.
So, yeah I feel for Sasha. Maybe something will make her stick around and she might get a major opportunity again, but I would definitely understand if she left.
