Charlotte and Sasha Banks are the same wrestler skill and mic wise.

Disagree there they are very different. Sasha when she is given time is a great storyteller and she matches that with physicality. Charlotte is more of high spot worker. Even so, if you believe they are the same, one is pushed consistently to the moon and the other is given shyt week after week with a few bones thrown at her once in a while to make her think shyt is changing :manny:

I love Sasha but everyone can't be at the top all at once.

The Rock said it best...

"Know your role and shut your mouth"

She didn’t have a singles ppv match between No Mercy 2017 and Royal Rumble 2019. Alexa was fed the women’s roster for 18 months followed by Ronda for a year. At 27 years old, why should Sasha ever wait? Old school pro wrestling is telling the promoter to go fukk himself and go to another territory for more money. It’s a very recent trope for wrestlers to bow to Vince and thank HIM for opportunities when he should be thanking them for their specialized talent.

You shouldn’t ever pass up national tv exposure, a good showing can create good buzz and help your career , can open eyes and doors for other opportunities, regardless if it’s with wwe in the future. branding yourself is part of the game if you want to be at a certain level

Instead she’s writing dear diary essays like a 12 year old girl
:camby:
This. I love Sasha, but don't fumble the bag.

Like you said, this is the kind of thing she needs to be doing. Getting that mainstream exposure can help her in the short term by giving her more clout with the company, and in the long term by giving her opportunities outside the company. She can't be doing stuff like this and building a rep as a flake or unprofessional.

All told, if that tweet really is about her standing in the company, then it's probably time for Sasha to ask for her release. Leave the business for a while, get your mind right, and figure out what it is you really wanna do. Good as she is, I don't think she's built to do this wrestling thing forever.

Both things can be true: she is absolutely within her right to complain about her lack of exposure within the company (back in the day you could just fukk the bosses daughter to get what you wanted if you were a white male).

She is also absolutely wrong for cancelling on a show with large exposure outside of WWE to promote her brand and give herself more clout and bargaining power with cokeboy. She did it last minute too which is going to limit other opportunities on these types of platforms if producers get skittish about her erratic behavior.

In an update to the Wendy Williams-Sasha Banks situation, Wendy addressed the issue on her television show today.

When decided that it was a family issue that caused Sasha Banks to back out so suddenly and wish her the best with the situation.

Yesterday, it was reported that the staff of The Wendy Williams Show was not pleased with how Sasha Banks pulled out at the last second so it was being said that she would not be booked on the show again.
It's hard to really comment without knowing the exact reason Sasha pulled out, and we'll probably never know.

She should be fine long as it doesn't become a habit.

Well she should leave then. If they are letting Dean Ambrose walk I don't think they are going to hold Sasha Banks hostage. Dean is worth 10x more than her or any female wrestler not named Ronda Rousey is. She needs to take control of her own career at this point.

She is an idiot.
You have to leave and show your value to be treated properly by Vince.

Easier said than done.

For all the complaints (including my own) there doesn’t appear to be a lucrative alternative for women outside of WWE. You hear stories about male wrestlers being released and striving on the indies. Is the same true for woman? Most women that leave the WWE leave the industry completely. She cant go to NJPW and AEW is still in development and who knows what their women’s division will be. WOW from what I’ve seen isn’t really alternative.
