For every Cody theres a Sandow.. Ryback.. Jack Swagger.

Those guys didn't really set the world on fire before WWE but I get your point. Guys like Sami, Kevin and Cesaro can go back whenever they want to but those three you mentioned were under the WWE umbrella their whole career so they had no Indy buzz.

Cody's a bit more agile than Sandow, Ryback and Swagger so he's serviceable enough for non-WWE wrestling.

It's because there rate are to high, Meltzer alluded to this last week. You can't charge $4000 a pop and expect to get dates...especially in a world where Cody, Keith Lee, and any other name that can be had at a much lower rate....if you work with promoters and put in work you can make a nice living outside.
