As for Kang, they already made him a joke, once in Loki by letting Sylvie get rid of him and he passively let her. Then in Ant Man where a bunch of ants defeated him

And they can't just drop Kang as a character since they already have The Kang Dynasty coming up.

But no matter who's in the role he'll be easily defeated yet again by the cac heroes because none of the Black male characters in Marvel have been allowed to show any measure of intelligence, power, and dominance. Save for T'Challa briefly in Civil War but he spares the cac villain at the end.
