But without that knowledge, it's going to look like a DV victim covering for her accuser to the vast majority of people and that's exactly what's happening because of textbook DV violence history of most victims covering for the person beating them.
Is it 100% of the time? Absolutely not because there are definitely situations out there where women lie or exaggerate/fabricate, but those are more the exception than the rule.
We'll see if the lawyer's submitted video and witness testimony ends this shyt. But even then, the DA and State could still press on if they want to.
