Only reason I can see is that it makes him look guity. Homie's a big guy he could've simply swatted her hand away and to white people that's evidence of abuse.Lawyer submitted video too, he was better off releasing that than the texts. Why not release THAT

She admitted to collapsing and falling like the overdramatic white woman does. So injuries dont mean much.
Sounds like he probably grabbed her by collar,or pushed her chest to keep her from grabbing the phone. No harm no foul with a gentle stiff arm/smush, in order to negate a violent leap towards your person and property.
Women always sound overly apologetic after the go too far,and your on your way out the door. Or you get jammed up or beat up due to their actions. Now she might have initially been over exaggerating the events but the texts still aren’t disproving that SOMETHING went down and if that’s the case they were better off not sharing.
