TMZ broke the story, she had redness on her face and a laceration (some type of cut or scratch) behind the ear.
The "neck marks" thing isn't really confirmed at all and wasn't apart of the report. It was her saying he put his hands on her neck. He wasn't charged with strangulation so that's irrelevant for now unless the video proves otherwise.
She could've gotten that by collapsing on the floor. She also could've gotten those trying to get in a wrestling contest with him over a phone and losing, bumping her head on one of his buff ass arms or his shoulder or something (the alleged altercation took place in a Taxi). There's a million ways for her to have gotten those "minor injuries". Either way if that video doesn't fully clear him of wrong doing I wonder what his next move is

As stated above. The “physical evidence” could be a large range of things. Without pictures or a medical report it’s impossible to discern much of anything about her “injuries”
Other than her saying it was her fault and that he did not strangle her.
