Some of you cats don't get it...there comes a time in man's life where your people are more important than yourself. Seeing your people under control of this oppressive system makes a man of understanding mad. Bron was already treated like a runaway slave by Dan Gilbert. I'm sure this is bigger than the league for LeBron, he probably tired of his people being used and abused by these so-called white folk. Being in Florida, he witnessed to young men that were killed by Esau and got no justice. Yet, Esau treated him well when he was 17 because he could play basketball. The realization of that will make you feel some type of way.

thats because its easy for lebron, kobe etc to talk tough when they dont play for the team in question. if he really wanted to make a point, hed have sat out a couple games directly after this happened in protest, during that cakewalk of a first round series. "oh i wouldnt play for the clippers tonight" yet you suited up and played for another team in the nba that very night. fukk outta here with those pointless ass threats

Those dudes were in a power position and they gave it right back to Esau. If they decided not to play...this whole country would be been ripped in half over this issue. These guys could have negotiated all kinds of stuff including part ownership of NBA teams and rules in place to increase black ownership in the NBA.
