Then if your religion isn't a tool that can be utilized to fix humanity and better their follower's lives stop advertising and parading it as such. If it doesn't offer any salvation stop saying it does.The very definition of salvation is to deliver from hurt or harm. And to be honest, nobody expects the modern church to do anything so I don't understand the persecution complex.
