Dallas needs to go after DeMar. I know he has too much melanin for Cuban but dallas struggles getting buckets if Luka isn't creating it for himself and others. they need another shot maker

Demar is great but he wouldn't fit in Carlisle and the Mavs analytics philosophy on two pt and 3 pt shots.
Hell, Carlisle doesn't even really believe in the postups, hence KP's lack of low post shots (though KP is a jittery mess in the post).

I'd rather us go after Zach Lavine or Bradley Beal.

What are you gonna offer for LaVine or Beal? DeMar is a realistic guy Mavs can get. Mavs have good money this summer before Luka's extension comes in, sadly for them this Summer matters a lot in FA.
