Until Black Americans have their own nation, we'll always be second class citizens...

:heh::mindblown:

Where republicans come from? You still on that american politics belief level in 2014 :whoo: feel sorry for ya... o well. :manny:
Did you introduce a referendum?

Did you campaign for an issue?

Did you do voter information efforts?

I'm just curious where your level of engagement goes.

Did you donate to a candidate?

Did you attend a fundraiser?

Did you secure a contract through your representative?

Do you take part in any civic organizations focused on creating policy?

Do you contribute to think-tanks?

No. You sit online and bytch about "the system" without even doing so much as to life a finger to make it work in your favor because you don't get your way by already doing as little as possible.

THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM.

THE SYSTEM WORKS.

STOP GETTING PISSED AT THE OUTCOMES AND PUT MORE SKIN IN THE fukkING GAME!

DOES THAT SOUND TOO HARD? OH. fukkING. WELL. LIFE IS HARD.

ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY. THERES SACRIFICES TO BE MADE.
Dude... you are literally shouting meaningless, cliche platitudes right now. I am not addressing how people should engage with the system. I'm specifically referring to your assertion that there is nothing wrong with the voting system which is high nonsense. So please drop the gatorade ad motivational spiel, that's a whole nother conversation.

The fact that it functions doesn't preclude the fact that it is deeply flawed and susceptible to all kinds of gerrymandering, exclusivity and alienation. Observers from all sides can agree on that at a minimum. So how on earth are you using nothing wrong and American voting system in the same sentence? Putting aside race, the system at face value is flawed, how can you possibly disagree with that?

Voting is good when the person running for whatever office actually has his/her constituents best interests at heart.

in other words, if black people want to actually get some real results through representation,

there needs to be more black politicians who are not a corrupt jackasses or docile or a c00ns

there's enough billionaires in Africa, to do this. The VAST majority of black billionaires are African(especially Nigerian).

there just needs to be more political transparency within these nations.
and more industry, refineries and manufacturing.
1. I don't think the black billionaire thing is true. I believe most of them are north-arabs outside of the one or two from sub-Saharan africa
2. we need more black politicians PERIOD. The corrupt ones will always exist, but we just need MORE.

I don't find a problem with the voting system UNLESS we adopt the alternative vote:

The fact that it functions doesn't preclude the fact that it is deeply flawed and susceptible to all kinds of gerrymandering, exclusivity and alienation.
You know who doesn't bytch about these things? The people it favors.

So your choice is to either say that you hate being on the losing end OR that you want to change the system to prevent it from making it possible for you to do this to others.

Observers from all sides can agree on that at a minimum. So how on earth are you using nothing wrong and American voting system in the same sentence? Putting aside race, the system at face value is flawed, how can you possibly disagree with that?[
No system is perfect and I sincerely think the problems people list are overblown in lieu of the fact people don't like the outcomes.

Its always trolling when someone disgrees with you. See how that works? :stopitslime:

Ya'll are quick to play Wednesday morning QB after a disastrous election but NEVER can be convinced of the need to take more of an active role in your political future.

Y'all hate the candidates but don't do anything to change the game yourselves.

:what:Black people already have their own nations (Caribbean and Africa). OP must be a cac or cing cang boy, assuming all black people have the same culture.

This. The idea that blacks needed their own nation/government was an issue during colonialism when all of Africa was under European rule. After the 5th Pan African congress and Kwame Nkrumah became the 1st president of Ghana, the shift started happening.

It's 2014 now brehs, we have our own nations. Right now Nigeria (in my own opinion) is the shining star of Africa. You got cats like Aliko Dangote (richest black man on the planet) shipping concrete all over the continent. He also recently just donated 1.2 billion dollars from his own personal wealth to give small business loans to rural Nigerians and his foundation supports initiatives in education, health, and youth empowerment.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to invest money in Nigeria, but I'm not even sure where to begin. I'm gonna take a trip to Lagos very soon. More than likely that's where I'll be moving to (either there or Nairobi). Here's a picture of a Nigerian skyline (Lagos I believe)

Now if you're specifically talking about African Americans needing their own nation, I can agree with you, but I don't think our people is ready to give up their love affair with cacs. I'm 100% for blacks choosing to physically separate from whites, but I know I'm in the vast minority.

OP has no fukking solutions but to keep running until he finds a home.

Thats some bytch made shyt.

You know the countries with the most black people outside of africa?

1. Brazil
2. USA

Thats it.

No where else even comes close.

SO yeah, trying to front like we don't have some massive potential here is fukking retarded.

You're Indian. So shut the fukk up.

Why are you here? There's nothing for you in here.

Black people can either keep complaining of being profiled, hunted down and discriminated against.....or you can do something about it. We got a raw deal in America building an entire country for free but, fukk it. That's what it is. Shyt ain't gonna change. We gone be complaining 100 and 200 and 300 years from now.

I'm broke or just above broke right now. So I can't do shyt. When I get my situation right, I'm headed for the nearest terminal. If you'd rather live in a room in somebody else's mansion rather than owning your own house, then America is the place for you. But that room is all you'll ever have.

And I wrote this for other people to read. Not you, you Indian muthafukka.
