There is no physical evidence connecting him to the crime.
They are going off the word of her brother, Luis Colon Sr, who said he was the last person to see her alive. He also said Luis Sierra sent a letter (which no longer exist) saying the baby was a boy and was 9 pounds.

Link?The murders of those two girls from Indiana is still creepy to me cause apparently the whole thing was recorded but police haven't released it in it's entirety.
I hope that guy (and whoever's hiding him) get what they deserve.
