One of the early episodes where a guy leaves the bar late at night and a hitchhiker asks for a ride. The man agrees and they drive off. A few minutes into the ride the passenger begins to act erratic and a slight altercation occurs and the driver kicks him out. He drives off and proceeds home. As he arrives home about an hour later he sees the same man storming across his lawn into the front door with a home he shared with his mother. His mother gets bludgeoned to death in her sleep as the man called police from a local payphone. The man was never caught. (Why the driver was never looked at as a suspect idk but the reenactment was
