This is nonsense. Brown rice is definitely better than white rice. White rice just tastes starchy and gross to me unless it's in a dessert dish.

I try to be health-conscious, but I still cheat on all sorts of stuff I actually like. I always avoid white rice cheating or not though.

White meat(chicken) is better than darc

It also holds the flavor of whatever your cooking it with better

Only time i prefer darc is if i make smothered chiccen thighs with the bone in other than that white is superior in any type of chiccen dish
