For the second sentence most of the men here would disagree with that. A good deal of tall women tend to give up on the thin air that is "6'3 or better" and entertain short men. But some of them stick with it.

Average women tend to be more sincere with "just be taller than me" though they'd obviously prefer 6 feet+

I'm sure it happens, I just never seen it much. In college the taller athletes women's bball players and volleyball players weren't entertaining short men like that

I'm 5 ft 10 and when I go to the store and see couples, the dude usually my height or he is taller than me on average.

I think y'all would be better to tell people it's a disadvantage being shorter but it doesnt mean u have no chance.

They do, pair a 5’8” guy next to a 6’2” dude and see their body language towards the two. Same for an averagely built dude next to the 10% body fat built guy.
