Yeah, they work wireless on a PC/Laptop. Just plug the dongle in and you're good to go

Check out Whole Foods if you got one near you. I was in there yesterday and saw some soap that looked just like that sitting a basket at the end of an aisle. I wasn't looking for soap and I kinda just glanced at them, so I'm not sure if they're the same exact kind, but they looked very similar.
