honestly it seems like everyone in this thread has already read the book and is hoping for a great recreation

i watched this shyt and it was corny as fukk. didn't even make it through the whole thing. the acting was so poor. i'm disappointed in you guys for recommending this trash.

I just want to say the actor playing Junior is godawful. I see what they're trying to do but his acting is so bad people aren't gonna appreciate it.

Does anyone know if they're gonna try to televise The Dark Tower.... you know what scratch that. Its no way anyone can playing my nikka Roland and Hollywood/TV execs will certainly fukk it up.

As great as King's books are Hollywood has always managed to royally fukk up the majority of his work when it comes to TV and movies (Misery, Pet Cemetery and a few others are the exception)

I hope they stop focusing on him so much and get to the main storyline(the dome)
