They turned a 3 day special operation to a multi year meat grinder with Russia getting invaded.
Off top that’s a win in my book. Ukraine wasn’t supposed to be able to fend off Russia. The damage they’ve dealt to the second largest nuclear power is unprecedented. And they are still holding Russia back and still holding Russian ground for over a month. Wild
They bout to lose Pokrovsk a significant supply route. 
Years later Russia is “about” to finally capture a supply route of the smaller nation that they share a border with… while that same smaller nation has invaded and is holding Russian territory…
I don’t think you realize how this possible future “about to” capture of a supply route makes Russia look even more incompetent.
