It's mad that there's such a big difference between industrial and domestic rates too. I hope they reconsider the use of nuclear power - shutting them all down because of one completely freak incident (a whole chain of events tbh) seemed rash at the time, even more so now!

the greens have power in germany. and the mindset is to think more about the collective.

they had some reports on the radio the other day about the effects of global warming. just sprinkled in with the news.

they named how many extra had already died due to it.

just looking it up now, they are reporting that apparently global warming is accelerating.

Hate that phrase. Child poverty is people poverty. The children are poor and struggling because their parents are struggling under the cost of living.

Labour promised safety nets and have reneged.

The model is broken. We need to do better.

Co-op cyber attack includes customer data, firm admits

The firm previously said there was "no evidence that customer data was compromised".

Cyber criminals have told BBC News their hack against Co-op is far more serious than the company previously admitted.

The cyber criminals claim to have the private information of 20 million people who signed up to Co-op's membership scheme, but the firm would not confirm that number.

The criminals, who are using the name DragonForce, say they are also responsible for the ongoing attack on M&S and an attempted hack of Harrods.

The attacks have led government minister Pat McFadden to warn companies to "treat cyber security as an absolute priority".
