The royal family doesn't switfly decide laws or command the military anymore. That now belongs to parliament, which Musk would love to see gone. However the royal family does still have a ceremonial role in British government and can indeed shut down parliament for any given reason.
Musk is a kleptomaniac who hates democracy and wants to turn the whole world into oligarch monarchies where there's nothing in the way of profit and exploitation for a$$hole barrons like him.

This right here is how everyone in the UK knows Musk is an idiot.
Anyone with two or more braincells to rub together knows why Farage has to publicly distance himself from Tommy Robinson. Tommy is a far-right fringe figure who has a loyal fanbase but is hated by most, while Farage is actually able to influence mainstream politics.
