One of the things I've kept an eye on over the past few years, because it is fairly relevant to my interest in the U.S. is the deterioration of the NHS at the hands of the Tories.
Particularly with the U.S. right's focus on the failures of NHS - which are not inherent in universal health care systems but instead come from privatization, unfettered divestment and disinvestment - and all of which exist in the U.S. system on an even larger scale.
