Breh, it's easier than it sounds. If you wanna make changes to your body composition, this is what it's about. No gimmicks, no bullshyt. Just count the calories and you'll be in business.

Here's an easy formula if you're trying to gain or lose weight. One pound of bodyfat = 3555/3500 calories.

Take whatever you way and multiply by 10-12, stick with 10 so it's easy. Say you're 200 pounds. 200 x 10 = 2000.

If you weigh 200 pounds, then 2000 is your rule of thumb when counting cals. If you weight 190 pounds, 1900 is your rule of thumb JUST to stay at 1900. Now back to the 200 pound example. If you eat less than 2000 cals, you're gonna lose weight over time because you're accumulating of deficit of calories, however, you're not gonna build much muscle in a caloric deficit unless you've never really worked out before, then you'll make some noobie gains.

Here's my suggestion if you're overweight. Count your calories, do some cardio with some weight training mixed in. When you cut down to an optimum weight, start working your way back up and eat in a caloric surplus. You'll build muscle that way.

But it depends what you want. If you wanna lose mass, eat less than your bodyweight in cals and do cardio. If you wanna add mass, eat in a surplus, challenge yourself with the weight, and make sure you get enough rest and recovery.

Cardio is only going to burn a couple hundred cals, depending on how vigorous your workout is, so the biggest catalyst as far as losing weight goes is ultimately your diet.

It's doable breh, it's all about how much you wanna make your goal happen.

I was 195 last year around this time, cut down to 148 using this formula, then i bulked back up to 205, and now I'm cutting again starting in June at around 205. As of today, I'm around 184-186. It's gonna take time and effort breh, but trust me, it's attainable if you put in the work.
Never new how to count calories, like if I get some eggs n pancakes from the cafeteria how do i calculate the calorie intake. Unless the food is packaged with the food info sumwhere on it then I'm lost help me.

I eat Eggland brand eggs. Eggs are approimately 60 calories, has about 6 g of protein. Egg whites are 25-35 calories per three table spoon serving with 5 grams of protein in each serving. Pancakes, no clue, but you could definitely google that.

Cafeteria shyt is tougher, but if you know what your meals are gonna be ahead of time, hit up google and if it's a set meal schedule, you can eat accordingly.

:manny: ALright then breh. If you have a gym membership, do some compound exercises dips, bench, deadlift, squat. If you wanna hit your arms and shyt like that, hit'em with some isolation movements like curls or calf raises.

Just remember to eat in a caloric surplus if you wanna add mass. You can't tone up a gut if you have body fat tho. Only way to lose a gut is to reduce your bodyfatt by eating in a deficit. Ab exercises aren't going to do much there, but they'll help build cores strength.
The gut is barely their, think I should add mass first then workout, afterwards get to cardio?

Yep men and especially women don't understand this. If you a 3 stop trying to holler at 7s or thinking an 8 is gonna holla at you. You are a 2 you need to holla at a 2 or 3 and be happy. Now if you are a man that is a 2 or 3 and are worth a lot of money then you can get you a 7 or 8. Worth millions then you can get a 10 probably. Sadly it is a mans world and women don't have those options because a man could give a fukk how much money she has if she is unattractive to him he will not claim her.

You're talking about spot reduction. That's a big myth in fitness. It can't be done unless you go get liposuction. That's why counting calories are important

If you lift weights, you're going to see growth if you've never really worked out.
