I envisioned more of a muay thai war from those 2. Olivera's approach wasn't pleasing to watch for large stints. You can't get the lock motherfuker let it go and fight him. Kept wrapping his legs around him like a praying mantis, holding for dear life to his leg. Then when he was unsuccessful he spreads his legs open while laying on his back. I didn't anticipate that

because Pettis's insufficient TDD is only a buffet to wrestlers, olivera is too weak to manhandle him and as shown tonight Pettis is always dangerous on the ground. Best tact would be to keep it standing, heaven knows they had something to prove...As for the rest of your comments just

Mai's resurgence at 170 has been really impressive and he continues to make his BJJ work for him beautifully. Anytime he fights and takes the fight to the mat, he has a chance of tapping anyone out.

I want to see Woodley vs. Wonderboy next, but Mai should definitely face the winner.
