UFC does USADA testing, but it just started last year....also, who has the USADA caught in the UFC out of competition? Everyone they caught, as far as I'm aware, was during drug testing for an upcoming bout (or immediately after a fight)?

When you use the WADA guideline you test for the same things and are using the same process. One is not more strict than the other because they follow the exact same guideline for testing.

Here is a list of the fighters who have failed USADA testing. I don't remember exactly which ones were out-of-competition, but some of them def were. You can research if you'd like:

Once boxing starts to use year-round Olympic style drug testing for all fights (at least the decently big ones), then it will be on par with the UFC's drug testing. As of right now, the UFC's testing is much more strict.
