Yes, they are both accredited by WADA and use the WADA guideline, but VADA tests for more things than USADA does and have a stricter testing protocol.
UFC does USADA testing, but it just started last year....also, who has the USADA caught in the UFC out of competition? Everyone they caught, as far as I'm aware, was during drug testing for an upcoming bout (or immediately after a fight)?
When you use the WADA guideline you test for the same things and are using the same process. One is not more strict than the other because they follow the exact same guideline for testing.
