Yup, Pettis should have done a better job in staying off the cage :francis:. When he did have space, he should have been throwing more.

Wouldn't mind seeing Eddie vs. Tony Ferguson with a title shot on the line.
This, this and this again. I don't understand why some of these guys get in there and fight like they've got 12 rounds to work with.

He was outstriking him and jabbed him multiple times. His hands aren't the problem its his wrestling, he's cautious against wrestling

He doesn't have a long straight head snapping jab. He has these short little hooks and shyt. Basically arm punches. I agree pressure and defensive wrestling is his weakness. But if he had better hands(and footwork to circle off the cage) to complement his feet(like Connor or GSP) he would command much more respect from guys trying to get inside
