So Volk takes a short notice fight vs Islam, who is an impressive champion at a higher weight class. Volk clearly wasn't in fighting shape and he got KO'd. He then sought to make a quick turn around vs an undefeated, younger fighter and gets KO'd even worse.

I admire his warrior spirit, but those were some terrible decisions
