I’m not quite sure how to take this , he has been elite level for the past 5+ fights. He’s put the beats on almost everyone he faced and has lost only to former or soon to be champions.

The biggest drawbacks is his age (what point does he hit the wall) and whether he can chase Izzy down - an active Reyes dropped him by staying at range and clipping him.

I think Volk at this point is just a bad style matchup for Holloway. Too fast, too crafty. Another UD. Hopefully he can make it definitive

The narrative is set for maga fights imo. They need upsets but that 2-0 record Alex has against Izzy is too big to pass up.

Mad hyped for this card! Not gonna lie, as much as Strickland is a psycho if he wins I think that becomes a much bigger fight vs Izzy after the way he went at Izzy during that press conference. He would be playing the Chael Sonnen role to Izzy as the modern Anderson Silva. Many of you will recall how massive Silva - Sonnen 2 was back in 2012 when Anderson beat the breaks off that fool

Not to me. Watched quite a few Cannonier interviews this week and he seems like a real stand up dude. On the Embedded series he was seen reading a book on Ancient Egyptian spirituality (Metu Neter Vol 1) and he carries himself with respect. I haven't seen him say anything anti-Black; I don't care for the "Gorilla" nickname but whatever...I enjoy his fights. The way he destroyed Brunson
