Rockhold been trying to copy Mcgregor ever since they did that big ass conference when he was about to fight Weidman the first time.

Weigh in fukkery in about 45 minutes.
they had the real weigh-ins in the morning...the official ones.
the shyt they televised was just some bizarre, staged, public event they put on like 8 hours after that while the fighters were all in the middle of replenishing. that's why everyone stepped on the scale looking 10x better than they usually do.

They don't even do the weigh in anymore when they come in and you see what's televised it's anti climatic
Rockhold seems "dumb"...He ALWAYS looks grumpy and annoyed...
But he is one of the strongest dudes in the division...He BULLIED Weidman, and choked out Bisping with one arm...
He's on some hyperfuturistic designer roids for sure.

oh i misunderstood you, i didn't realise you were there. yeah i would imagine the official weigh in is done behind closed doors and then they do it in front of the crowd for show.

UFC has that air of stagnation and irrelevance that plagued it a couple of years ago right before the female division was introduced. Shyt feels like a show close to cancellation, bisping of all people is fighting for titles? Faber in a title picture again? For beating who? Nope doesn't matter we are not meant to care because "these guys really hate each other" 
while I found the pre fight presser entertaining that back and forth looked more like
than 2 alphas selling a fight. And it's becoming a common theme in today's ufc ala joanna/Claudia, now Luke and bisping "really hate each other". With most of it you can see the desperation, they might as well hold a sign stating 'will sell a feud for food'
What exactly are the stakes in most of these matchups like hector vs henderson? Other than jones/cormier2 is there any big fight on the horizon?
Every white fighter that has 3 or 4 wins is called the best this and that ever while the likes of Jones (5yrs) and Anderson(7yrs) dominated consistently "as champion" and were disputed as GOATs

Bisping/Rockhold have had a rivalry ever since Bisping opened his mouth about beating him in sparring
Faber/Cruz been hate each other.
No good fights? Wonderboy/Rory doesn't interest you? Aldo/Edgar? Joanna/Claudia 2? Glover/Rumble?
And who disputing Silva or Jones as GOATs?

Poirer vs Green- Good opener. Fight could go either way. Poirer has looked good at 155. Green is a solid counter boxer with good defense and wrestling. If he wasn't coming off a long lay off, I may pick him since he has reach which would bother Poirer and his poor defense and good TDD. As long as Poirer doesn't get flustered by Green's antics he should get the UD
Henderson vs Lombard. I expect Lombard to blast Hendo. But there is a chance that he gets caught getting into range like Tim Boestch did. Hendo may be old, off TRT, etc. But he still has power. Still, Lombard is pretty tough and I don't think Hendo survives that early burst. Lombard TKO RD 1
Holloway vs Lamas. Holloway is on a roll. Hes a good combination volume boxer, defensively sound uses his reach, has good TDD, and keeps up a pace that Lamas won't match. Lamas is good, but he only wins against guys who get sloppy and leaves an opening. Holloway won't give him that. Holloway UD.
Faber vs Cruz. I really don't see how a 37 year old Faber beats Cruz. He did have moments in the second fight with some nice time shots to drop Cruz, but that was five years ago. Cruz still looked in top form against a great fighter in Dillashaw and will probably be even better now that he is active. Faber struggled against Frankie Saez, wasn't competitive against Edgar at all, and was losing to Franciso Riveria before he poke him in the eye. Hes obviously slowed down and will not be able to match the speed, conditioning, or striking of Cruz. Cruz UD
Rockhold vs Bisping. Another fight I don't see the challenger winning. Short camp, no power in his strikes, grappling disadvantage. A miracle needs to happen. Rockhold will catch him pivoting like the last fight and finish him. Rockhold TKO RD 2
