I watched that dev doc on youtube. Game is being held together by scotch tape. There's no one to really take responsibility if it flops except the Singapore Studio which is really filled with executives that come and go around Ubisoft as a whole. Feel bad for the interns or whoever that work there cause it might be curtains for them, or they get moved to a different location.
