Bro....my uber account got hacked, I’m talking about 150 dollars on my credit card , they don’t even have a number to call but literally gave me the run around for two months talking about I gave somebody my account infoA few years ago, an Uber driver charged me $50 for leaving "excessive soil on the vehicle floor". Of course I needed receipts so I told her to send me a picture.
I got the pic and there was only 2 strands of grass on the floor and I wasn't even SITTING ON THAT SIDE.
Took almost 2 months of going back and forth with them to get my money back. So since then, I've been like "Fukk Uber"
, by that time I just called capital one to report fraud on the transactions that I didn’t approve of , uber banned me , still pissed because I had 50 dollars on my uber eats account

I only ride Lyft, and it uses Google Maps on their platform, so I get to my destination with no problem

I guarantee you more than half of them were Indian. Those motherfukkers can scam hard. They do the same exact shyt in NYC and give it a bad reputation
The ones that deliver just sit around restaraunts with their bikes all huddled together taking turns with delivering from one account
and those that drive customers and people online say the picture didn’t match it’s always an Indian

I’m American but stayed in Fulham for 6 months and used black taxis all the time and I never had an issue. I didn’t even know that was a thing.

personally ive never had a problem with uber over the years , started using in 2016, my rating was 4.7 lol
but wayyyyy to many people had problems with them so i understand from a safety stand point , the amount of fuked up stories you hear, drivers tryna creep on chicks, drivers lying, drivers just driving you random far locations to tax the rider if they fall asleep
