Nah breh, WWII can't count. It was look shooting fish in a barrel for snipers due to regiment/division size enemy movements, especially on the eastern front. It was hardly a matter of stealth (for the most part) in those killings. Snipers back then wasn't just about killing any dudes, so they separated them to take down NCOs and Officers.
The Nazis had some lethal snipers too.
Enemy at the Gates is a must watch.
