I can't imagine joining a site, naming myself after a dead man, and racking up 7500 posts over stan wars in my first year and being so self unaware that you think you're actually bothering adults.

Go to bed, junior.

Bragging about having senators, but gets real dodgy and defensive when asked about where are the video games on a subforum focused on video games. Idk maybe you are taking it a tad too serious  , or maybe that’s your nature when not having anything to refute.
Ima ask again where are all them games made from M$ studios to rival’s Sony’s bucko??

you guys are a bunch of virgins. cant wait till this deal fails/passes so this forum will shut the fukk up about it.
The war of attrition has begun breh. After Activision, there will be others.

This is what the lawyer who has been piecing all this together for us said today

But complaining to the agencies also have risks:

- Third-party materials and testimonies that now are confidential could become public
- It's not cheap :p
- You are wasting time that could be spend on your business
- It's a one-way flow of information (the regulators will not provide a complaining third party with info about the investigation)
- It could affect future acquisitions: regulators could use arguments and information submitted by Sony in the future (market definitions, for example)

So, I understand what Sony is doing and it makes sense from their perspective. But if the trend of the industry is consolidation, they'll have to make more acquisitions too. And being so aggressive now could have unintended consequences in a few years.

In a way, by going so hard in the paint, they've stepped in their own shyt. Currently, Sony as an organization said that they have 5 billion in acquisitions to still spend. If it's video game related and it's a Japanese company especially, Microsoft is going to go higher than Sony will. So, don't be distracted by what Microsoft is doing right now because it's plain to see. They are trying to set groundwork to acquire a Sega, Capcom, Namco, Square Enix, using The United States government as a bully pulpit with Sony's own words. Try to stop an American business from investment in Japan and Sony will never get another deal done again. That's what is happening now. Japan is being put on notice.

:wow:

Sony dun poured jelly on themselves.

“I write to express concern about Sony’s efforts to protect its gaming console business from competition. For more than 20 years, Sony has utterly dominated the gaming console market, as that market has been defined by the Federal Trade Commission. I am concerned Sony’s dominance of that market, and its efforts to perpetuate its current position imperils an important economic development opportunity for North Dakota,” wrote Senator Cramer.
