Stop it b, I work in an all black company I'm the lightest nikka here. We have business dealings with whites all the time. I see nothing but respect. I've seen the opposite as well and it really has nothing to do with lightskinned/darkskinned.. when we were disrespected it was for projects being done in the carib/africa... and we were disrespected because white people wanted to take the lead on projects because they felt they had more experience and expertise. Maybe if you working at the front desk of some CSR bullshyt or some low wage shyt it matters... but not on this level.
