In florida you don't see many light skinned Blacks unless they are Latino Most Black Americans here very dark complected or Caribbean. I rarely see lightskinned Haitians or Jamaicans.

but I see some all the time in hallandale/west park fl, in hollywood, fl, in miramar in nmb where I live I don't see that much but I still see them. They're out there but all spread out. Some live in South miami with all the cubans... but there's way more in broward than dade
